After a fulfilling 30+ year career in the biotech/pharma industry, I made the leap from executive sales leader to align my work with my true passion—helping leaders achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
To fully commit to this mission, I completed over 125 hours of coaching training through the Center for Executive Coaching and earned my ACC credential through the International Coaching Federation. With this foundation, I launched Livelarj Coaching & Consulting, LLC, dedicated to guiding leaders in achieving breakthrough performance and building fulfilling, high-impact careers.

I am passionate about coaching and developing strong leaders; empowering them to achieve breakthrough performance – because sometimes the largest roadblocks are the ones we can’t see.
I’m known for providing strategic insight with a deep commitment to talent development and have a proven track record of driving transformative results.

I hold an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, completed the Executive Scholars Program in Leadership from Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg School of Management, and earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Wisconsin. This blend of academic rigor and real-world experience forms the foundation of my consultative approach to developing high-impact leaders and teams.
